Who we are
StellarGen Aerospace (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., The Think Plus Workplaces, Second Floor, 18-B, Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurugram, Haryana 122001, decides how the personal data on this website is used.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, organisation, email, phone, the team you chose, your message and any product, quantity or location you add.
- Datasheet request: your name, organisation, email, phone, the product and your purpose. When you download a datasheet we record the date and time.
- Job application: your name, email, phone, the role you are interested in, your CV and your message.
- Basic server records: the date and time of a visit and the pages requested, kept for security.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics later, we will update this notice first.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send what you asked for.
- To check and approve datasheet requests.
- To consider you for roles.
- To keep the website secure.
We use your data only with your consent, given when you tick the box on a form. We do not sell it or use it for marketing without asking you.
Who sees it
- StellarGen staff who handle your enquiry or application.
- Hostinger, which hosts the website and our email in its India data centre, under contract and only to provide that service.
We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it to answer you, follow up on your enquiry or application, and keep our business records. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before. Email the grievance officer below.
Grievance officer
Our legal team handles privacy requests and complaints. Write to privacy@stellargenaerospace.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Third-party services
- Map: the map on the contact page loads from Google only when you click "Show map". Google's privacy policy then applies.
- WhatsApp: if you use "Chat on WhatsApp", WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to that chat.
