We aim to be enablers, not just suppliers.
We train your unit to assemble, repair and operate the system on its own, so routine work in the field does not depend on us.
Upgrades and support
- 24x7 technical support. A technician is on call after hours.
- Annual maintenance contract (AMC) with no service charge. You pay for components only.
- Bilingual operating manuals, laid out to be followed step by step from pictures.
- Every unit is tested before dispatch.
Driven by feedback
We change our designs when operators and trainees report a problem from the field. For example, we are moving 3D-printed parts from dark to white material because dark parts absorbed heat and could soften in the sun.
